Qualified candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and the application of related drafting standards and practices. This position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software. Candidates must possess the ability to work individually and as a team to define and achieve goals. This position requires the candidate to interpret design drawings and produce complete sets of construction documents, as well as coordinate specific phases of construction document development. Applicant must possess a strong knowledge of residential construction materials and methods.
A minimum of two years of residential drafting is required.
Salary range is commensurate with experience
