Inc. is proud to have created the plans for the exciting, new, not-for-profit Habitat for Neighborhood Businesses Retail Incubator, which is currently being constructed at the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and Whittier Avenue in the City of St. Louis, MO. This urban venture will bring much-needed retail shops to the area, and will play a key role in the revitalization process of the historic Ville neighborhood.
 Also among our most recent projects is the newest Car Credit City automotive dealership in O’Fallon, IL. Located on a highly traveled street with numerous small businesses and retail establishments, our challenge was to produce an eye-catching design for a facility that would draw the attention of passersby, as well as suit the client’s needs and budget. The contemporary glass, EIFS and stone exterior elevation was designed to draw customers inside, where a similar red, white and black interior color scheme is stylish and upbeat, yet comfortable.
